The war in Ukraine has led Vital Impacts, a conservation organization and print sale fundraiser aimed at travelers, to adjust its direction. The organization was created to reach out to travelers touched by their own encounters with the natural world, offering prints by National Geographic photographers, with proceeds going to conservation charities. Given world events, Vital Impacts has now broadened its reach to offer images that have a strong human element, taken around the world.
