I have to give the folks at TheDailyMeal.com credit for perseverance – they crank out more restaurant and food surveys and rankings than anyone I know. Using a panel of selected journalists, food writers, bloggers and other presumably qualified sources (I voted in their best burger survey) they release list after list of food-related US and International “Bests.”

Their newest survey is America’s 20 Best Steakhouses. Steakhouses are both a passion of mine and something I have long written regularly about, so I took a much closer look at TheDailyMeal.com’s newest survey driven ranking …
